Our 'Upgrade Readiness Assessment' (URA) is a packaged service that runs an analysis of your 'As-Is' solution to define your 'To-be' solution.

Our experienced Functional Consultants will perform workshops to identify your current processes, integrations, and any customisations to review against the latest IFS Cloud release, ensuring that new functionality aligns to your business processes.

The workshops will also define any technical prerequisites to consider, as well as any recommendations for infrastructure change.

The output of these workshops will be a proposal to include a detailed project plan, scope, timeline, resources, and a project cost plus your recommended upgrade path.
