Our 'Upgrade Readiness Assessment' (URA) is a packaged service that runs an analysis of your 'As-Is' solution to define your 'To-be' solution. Our experienced Functional Consultants will perform workshops to identify your current processes, integrations, and any customisations to review against the latest IFS Cloud release, ensuring that new functionality aligns to your business processes. The workshops will also define any technical prerequisites to consider, as well as any recommendations for infrastructure change. The output of these workshops will be a proposal to include a detailed project plan, scope, timeline, resources, and a project cost plus your recommended upgrade path.

A 'Re-implementation' is driven by either of these 3 requirements, a 'restructuring of company setup & data', 'removal of obsolete data', or 'retire old processes' This route enables your business to take advantage of the IFS industry best practice processes by undergoing a complete redesign of your current business processes, embracing new functionality, as well as automation, within the IFS Cloud solution. This path is a great opportunity to cleanse your historical data, migrating across only what is necessary. Within IFS Cloud you will have the functionality of Power BI, this reporting tool will empower your end users by streamlining their reporting activities, removing any manual steps and driving automation of live data. To view historical data that was not migrated, Arcwide can help you to find alternative ways to view this data when needed.
