IFS Unleashed 2024

What a incredible week the Arcwide team have had at IFS Unleashed, Orlando! It was truly an unmissable global event that kick-started inspiration and drove innovation!

If you want to see what the global leaders and innovators are doing with Cloud technology this is the place to be.

With over 3000 attendees, 30+ sessions, and 4days of networking opportunities, it was a very successful week for the whole team.

Industrial AI and sustainability were the main topics of conversation, from ground-breaking AI demos led by IFS, learning the platforms capability to integrate these 2 areas seamlessly, discovering new features and enhancements tailored to unleash your full potential! Day 1: Mark Moffat

Mark Moffat kicked off this years Unleashed event with a very exciting opening keynote emphasising the transformative power of Industrial AI and how it is set to revolutionise the industries that IFS serve. Mark explained that this is not just about technology it's about seizing the moment and driving growth, innovation, and sustainability in hardcore industries that make, service, power, and defend our planet.

The vision that Mark showcased is to become the undisputed category leader in industrial software. IFS are not just about replacing legacy systems; they focus on driving high performance and delivering fast time to value.

IFS's mission is to empower customers to dynamically manage their mission-critical assets, workflows, people, and services in a responsible way. This mission was certainly shared amongst the Arcwide team at the booth when networking with prospects.

The morning continued with several live demos, demonstrating in real time how Industrial AI is innovating.

Day 1: Arcwide's Breakout Session

Claire Etcheverry, South West Regional Lead and Michael Tapper, CEO Enterprise Consulting, delivered a truly unique panel style breakout session with 3 of our customers:

Marco Neri Stellantis, Global Product Manager and Ergin Ozturk, CEO, IFS Turkey talked through our co-innovation project ‘OPTITasks’ an industry 1st in Field Service Management! Clement Baroux, Systra, Delivery Transformation Project Manager, discussed the global roll out of IFS Cloud and why they chose Arcwide as their transformation partner.

Collin Flood, Prodomax Automation Ltd, Integrated Systems Lead, talked through the benefits gained implementing IFS Cloud, how Enterprise Consulting supported the complexities of the project and what does the future hold for this partnership.

Day 1: IFS Ultimo Breakout Session

Pierre Robino presented an insightful breakout session within the IFS Ultimo track focusing on ESG and Asset Management.

Pierre demonstrated to a full room an informative use case focusing on ‘Predictive Maintenance’ showcasing the work conducted by the certified Arcwide Ultimo team.

Day 2: Stellantis Live Demo

Day 2 was full of more breakout sessions and lots of conversations at the booth.

But the Arcwide booth was the talk of the event thanks to our daily live demo of an industry 1st in Field Service Management!

Marco Neri Stellantis, Global Product Manager and Matteo Zamorani, Arcwide Italy Country Lead, Ruggero Breda, IFS Pre Sales demonstrated a brand new Field Service user experience, the first In-Vehicle Field Service Management solution powered by AI!

Day 2: Meet Archie our new AI Bot!

Another exciting innovation was also premiered at the Arcwide booth, Unnikrishnan Menon, Arcwide India Country Lead unveiled our new AI Bot Archie!

Archie is there to help streamline those time consuming and mundane tasks, giving your end users more time to spend time on other business critical areas. Archie can also help in areas such as reporting, helping to report at pace and on time!

Day 2: Usain Bolt!

One of the highlights from the week was an incredible keynote from the world’s fastest man in history, Usain Bolt!

Listening to Usain share his life story from humble beginnings in Jamaica through to his journey to become the world’s fastest man and a global icon was truly eye opening and nothing short of inspiring!

Learning the importance of a strong, reliable and resilient team you should surround yourself with really did uplift the audience!

Usain’s story was one of resilience, strength of mind and speed!

Day 3: Partner Panel

As we approach the final day of IFS Unleashed Arcwide hit the main stage!

Steven Barr along with other IFS Partner’s joined the ‘Partner Panel’ hosted by Max Roberts.

With an audience of around 3000 this panel highlighted the transformative power of AI and its role in sustainability.

Steve shared with the audience how Arcwide is at the forefront of AI innovation, describing how we are innovating in FSM with our customer Stellantis, streamlining tasks with the use of Archie our AI Bot, naming just a handful of how we are delivering value to our customers faster!

Day 3: Gary Player

Another highlight from the week was our final keynote from a true legend, Gary Player!

Gary shared with us his journey from winning 18 major championships to designing golf courses worldwide. Gary really did emphasis that passion, staying true to yourself and maintaining your performance levels are vital traits to keep to achieving success.

Listening to Gary’s insights into leadership, mentorship and team work really did resonate with the audience!

It was not all work!

It was not all work hard for the Arcwide team, IFS organised plenty of downtime activities for the team to enjoy.

A traditional Big 10 Tailgate party, 5k fun run and a once in a lifetime chance for the thrill seekers at Universal Studios!

Following the very recent acquisition of Enterprise Consulting, Monday evening was a great opportunity for Arcwide to plan a meal for the two teams to meet and connect over some great food together, we could not miss the opportunity to celebrate a milestone birthday for our very own Matteo Zamorani as well!

Following the recent acquisition of Enterprise Consulting Inc we were very fortunate to have our booths side by side!

It was a fantastic opportunity, and great to see, the two teams blend as one when meeting with prospects! It demonstrates how adaptable our team is!

We send a very warm welcome to Michael Tapper and his team, and we are very excited for the future of North American and Canada!

Impressions matter

As the event came to a close and we approached the final hour of the 3rd day, the Arcwide team gathered for one final time to check-in. Hearing about all the opportunities and new connections the team had discovered from the last 3 days truly demonstrated that IFS Unleashed was a huge success for Arcwide!

It was clear to see that the Arcwide brand had come to life and we were seen everywhere, with our eye-catching merchandise and interactive demos at our booth, it was fantastic to see whom had visited the booth over the course of the event.

'What a superb week we had in Orlando attending IFS Unleashed. It was astounding to see all the innovations and forward momentum that IFS are bringing to the market, and they are clearly an industry leader in AI. This is by far the largest IFS event of the year and Arcwide was proud to be a Platinum Sponsor and take with us over 20 of our senior people to learn, educate and exhibit our own expertise and innovations. ARCHIE the Arcwide Bot made his first appearance, and we presented our industry 1st in-vehicle integrated Field Service solution for Stellantis vehicles, as well as our unique end to end service delivery capabilities including Ultimo and Poka. It was a pleasure to see so many clients attending and I think every single one must have visited our Arcwide booth.

We feel more confident than ever after attending Unleashed that IFS will go from strength to strength and continue its momentous upward trajectory which in turn will assist us at Arcwide of achieving our goal of 1000 consultants by the end of 2026.
